Week 1: Proof & Mindset
You don't need to be loud to be visible. In our first session, we clear the mental clutter — debunking the most common myths about thought leadership, personal branding, and who LinkedIn is "really for."
Because the truth is, quiet leaders have a profound advantage on LinkedIn when they understand how to use it. Depth, authenticity, and genuine expertise cut through the noise in ways that polished performance rarely does.
By the end of this session, you will:
  • Understand why thoughtful professionals actually have an advantage on LinkedIn
  • Let go of the belief that visibility = performance
  • See real examples of quiet leaders winning attention without theatrics
  • Leave with a clear strategic positioning for how you want to be known

Thought Exercise: Define Your Better Way Moment™ and lay the foundation to build authority through your strategic positioning. This is something unique to you and your story, and it will set you apart from every industry leader out there.
Week 2 & 3: Profile + Content That Sounds Like You
Week 2 — Magnetic Profile
Your LinkedIn profile is not a résumé. It's an invitation. We'll build or refine yours so it reflects your real voice, your genuine values, and your authentic expertise.
Together, we'll build a profile you're genuinely proud of, one that sets the stage for everything that follows.
By the end of this session, you'll have the tools to:
  • Write a headline that clearly signals your expertise and value
  • Add a bio that sounds like you, not like ChatGPT or a résumé template
  • Create a positioning statement that makes prospects and collaborators understand what you do in seconds
  • Build a profile designed to attract aligned opportunities (not random noise)

Thought Exercise: A worksheet to build your magnetic profile with examples, templates, and prompts.
Week 3 — Thoughtful Content
This is where you become known for what you know. We'll lean into depth as your differentiator and walk through how to turn your best ideas into high-engaging content in a repeatable, low-stress system.
By the end of this session, you will:
  • Know exactly what to post about (no more blank cursor paralysis)
  • Have a simple framework for sharing ideas clearly and confidently
  • Understand how to position your thinking as expertise
  • Create content that builds authority — without sounding loud, reactive, or salesy
Bonus: I'll show you how I use AI as my ethical co-pilot to stop overthinking and bring my ideas to life.

Week 4: Intentional Outbound
Just posting isn't enough to attract new opportunities on LinkedIn. In our final session, you'll learn how to reach out to the right people in a way that feels natural, warm, and deeply aligned with who you are.
We'll cover how to initiate private, authentic conversations that lead to real relationships — the kind that become partnerships and collaborations.
